Vol. 17 No. 1 (2026)This international scientific journal issue presents contributions from 24 authors affiliated with various academic institutions in Indonesia, Malaysia, Libya, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. This collaboration represents a cross-regional scholarly network encompassing Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Africa. The articles in this issue address strategic themes in contemporary Islamic education, including technology-integrated professional development for Arabic language teachers, problem-based learning, the integration of Arabic pedagogy and prayer supplications, prophetic pedagogy and moderate Islam, wayang-based learning, child-friendly schools, character education based on tazkiyat al-nafs, and the use of artificial intelligence in shaping Islamic character.
