Manajemen Kurikulum Terpadu dalam Membentuk Insan Kamil (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Al Ma’ruf, Kediri)

Studi ini akan mendeskrisikan kurikulum terpadu dalam membentuk insan kamil, tepatnya di Pondok Pesantren al Ma’ruf, Bandar Lor, Kediri. Studi ini menggunakan peneltian kualitatif dan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen kurikulum terpadu di Pondok Pesantren al Ma’ruf dilakukan dengan melibatkan pemaduan kegiatan di pondok pesantren dan sekolah formal termasuk di dalamnya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penguatan kegiatan dalam pembentukan insan kamil dengan melibatkan selurh santri pada semua kegiatan dengan berbasis kepada pelayanan dan sinkronisasi kegiatan para santri baik kegiatan pondok maupun kegiatan sekolah.
