the curriculum becomes the guide or basic in carrying out a teaching and learning activity or activities and experiences in the school/madrasah environment. PAI curriculum development is process or activity of updating a set of plans both goals, content, methods with the purpose to develop student potential, according of islamic teachings. One of way to improve quality of the school, it is necessary to inovated in learning so that learning can make the student understand. One way is by applying information and communication technology (ICT) in learning. It can be seen that ICT based PAI teaching material for class VI at SDIT Al-Uswah Pamekasan are as follows: Laptop, LCD projector, Audio.
