PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN DAN KEAMANAN LAYANAN BSI MOBILE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN QRIS OLEH NASABAH DI BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (BSI) KCP SUMBEREJO BOJONEGORO

Digital technological developments have advanced in almost every area of life, including travel, purchasing, donations, tourism, and other digital-based economic activities, therefore, these developments also affect the use of money. The use of money is now starting to shift to electronic money (e-money). This aims to make the transaction process easier for someone because they don't need cash. Indonesia is one of the countries that uses e-money for transactions. As part of the expansion of the payment system, Bank Indonesia introduced the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). To expedite the transaction process, QRIS combines several QR codes from different payment system service providers. This research aims to see how the variables (X) convenience and security influence the variable (Y) decisions to use QRIS BSI Mobile. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS version 22.0 application. The sample data used were 100 respondents who were customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumberrejo. The results of this research are that the convenience and security variables of BSI Mobile services have a positive and significant effect on customers' decisions to use QRIS BSI Mobile. Furthermore, the convenience variable is proven by the calculated t value being greater than the t table value (2.476 > 1.983) and the significance value is also smaller than 0.05, namely 0.34. And the security variable is proven by the calculated t value being greater than the t table value (5.170 > 1.983) and the significance value is also smaller than 0.05, namely 0.40.
