This scholarly inquiry explores the profound metamorphic effects of empowerment oriented digital professional development on the instructional capacities of early childhood practitioners at TK Kencana Surabaya, with a specialized emphasis on utilizing the Marbel application to counteract post pandemic literacy deficits. Utilizing a sophisticated quantitative pre experimental framework featuring a one group pretest posttest methodology, the investigation examined a census population of 12 educators whose developmental progress was monitored through rigorous systematic evaluation. The empirical results reveal a profound shift in teacher performance, with mean competency scores escalating significantly from a baseline of 56.7 to a proficient 82.3 post intervention. This significant improvement stems from strengthening teacher empowerment in areas like professional confidence and autonomy, which eliminated technology fears and increased teaching flexibility. The study also found a clear link between empowered teachers and better student engagement, seen in a 70.8% faster letter recognition and a 69.2% increase in focus among young children. By matching digital tools with Piagetian learning stages, the research proved that teachers are the most important factor in using technology effectively. Ultimately, the results show that focusing on teacher readiness and skills rather than just buying equipment creates a better digital environment that supports both reading skills and the overall psychological growth of the digital generation. This approach ensures that digital integration is not merely a technical upgrade but a holistic advancement in the quality of early childhood guidance and pedagogical excellence.
