Maximizing an asset owned by a village is something that is still rarely done. Therefore, this development is carried out in an effort to maximize the potential that exists in an area. So, this potential can make the surrounding community become more qualified in terms of religion. Not only from children and teenagers, but also from adults. The development of this asset is carried out using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with several stages including: preparation, implementation, reporting, and presentation of KKN results. The steps taken in an effort to improve the quality of the Qur'an in the field of the Bumirejo Village community, Kepohbaru District, Bojonegoro Regency through Qur'an studies in halaqoh (class) with religious assets, namely: interview activities, forming discussion forums, implementation and search for resource persons for Qur'an halaqoh activities. Participants in the Qur'an halaqoh include local residents in collaboration with the fatayat muslimat. With this program, it is hoped that in the future, the halaqoh program will be a place for learning the Qur'an for the Bumirejo Village community. So, it is able to create a society that is proficient in the field of Al-Qur'an among adults.
